PHOTO BOOK INSTRUCTIONS
In Shutterfly, the original upload of the photos for each game is in an album with opponent name and game date. ALL of the game albums live inside a folder called
There is also an album already created for each player on the team. These albums live inside a folder called . As pictures come into the dated game albums you can sort through the photos and copy your player's photos to his own album. Make sure you COPY - NOT MOVE - the photo. If a photo has multiple players, moving it will make it unavailable for other players to choose.

A “TEAM PHOTOS” album has also created for photos that will go into every book (group shots, team picture, etc.). It lives inside the folder If you see a photo that should be in that album, please go ahead and COPY it there.
Deb Menk will create a “TEMPLATE” book. In the template, she will set up the backgrounds (what color the pages will be) and arrange all of the pictures from the “TEAM PHOTOS” album. Then to create each player’s photobook, she will start with the TEMPLATE book, add in pictures from the player's album, arrange everything, and save it. At that point you may look at the book (called a "project" in Shutterfly) and make any changes that you want (change/add/delete photos or move them to different places, etc.). Make sure to save any changes you make that you want to keep. After that, the elves take over and your player's book will magically appear at the end-of-season banquet!
